For daily use:Warm a few drops in your hands and massage into scalp and ends. Rinse hair weekly.
For deep treatment:Place in warm hot water to use as a hot oil treatment. Test oil temperature before applying to scalp. Do not microwave. Apply oil to scalp and ends. Leave for 6-8 hours and rinse after use. Use weekly for optimal results.
